Does disabilities determine who I am

*Does disabilities determine who I am*
Sometimes I try to cry but tears won't drop,
I try to think but mind won't just calm
I try to work but I can't
Guess I can't,
Am just a fractured person
Even tho I am like this,
I don't relent, I try to make the impossible possible,
Yea I see beauty in my scars,
Yea I am an handicapped
I might be physically but am not when it comes to  thinking,
Am not when it comes to creativity, 
I am me,
I mourn my pain
I see regularities in me,
I take responsibility for my actions
Yea I am a disable
But does that mean i shouldn't be loved like others
Does that mean I should be separated from others,
Yea I am a disable but my life isn't
My goal isn't
My future isn't
My past doesn't determine my future,
It doesn't determine my present
My pain gives me strength
Just like my soul
Am versatile in all aspect
Am the future
I am born to be great
 Greatness shall be mine
My disabilities doesn't determine who I am
I am a man
 with a goal
